Rally at the Alley Raised $5,000 for the Family of Rob Corrona

Thank you for coming out and supporting “Rally at the Alley” held on Thursday, May 5, 2016 at Spiltsville, Patriot Place, it proved to be a great success! The event drew close to one hundred industry and community members who attended to honor and celebrate the life of Robert Charles Carrona, who recently passed from Pancreatic Cancer. The event raised $5,000 for Rob’s family, which will be donated to Sally, his wife of 32 years and their two children, Matt and Phoebe. For more on Rob click here.

"The EDPA is quite a special organization to have as part of the mission creating events that give so generously to others,” said Sally Carrona. “As you can imagine, Rob's death has been an incredibly difficult adjustment for me, our children and our family and friends.  I can't thank you enough for choosing to help us by tapping into the resources available to you and launching this incredibly generous effort."

The Exhibit Designers and Producers Association (EDPA) Northeast Chapter resurrected the “Rally at the Alley” bowling event after a three-year hiatus to honor the life of freelance exhibit designer, Robert Charles Carrona. The EDPA Northeast Chapter conceptualized Rally at the Alley as a means to annually support someone within the exhibit and design industry during his or her time of need and felt a night of bowling, camaraderie and reminiscing about Rob’s impact on friends, family and colleagues was a perfect time to bring back Rally in the Alley.

If you weren’t able to come out to the event you can still donate to Rob’s family or purchase a “Rally at the Alley” t-shirt to support; please visit the Rally at the Ally site to show continued support for this cause.
