For some of us, career choice is inherent. It sits in its fully formed package, waiting until we open it. Sometimes it’s about being at the right place at the right time.  In Matt McLaughlin’s case – like his first serendipitous photo, Eagle Taking Flight – it was both.

EDPA Northeast Chapter Project New Hope and The Pajama Program

Exhibit Industry NE Chapter aids local families during the holidays Weymouth, MA (December 29, 2015) –  The Exhibit Designers and Producers Association Northeast Chapter has banded together to donate gifts, books and clothing for local families during the 2015 holiday season.  The chapter raised over $1200 to supply gifts to Project New Hope Adopt a Family and the Pajama Program.

Being a Millennial in today's workforce can be frustrating. When you swim in a sea of news stories and think pieces about how awful your generation is, staying positive is difficult. It's easy to lose interest in trying to find middle ground with the people who think you're lazy, entitled, and scatterbrained. Recently, I found myself standing in front of a room full of those exact people. I was holding the presentation remote, and they were my enraptured audience, wide-eyed and eager, hanging on every word that fell out of my face.
